YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy notice
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Supercurrent Marketplace is operated alongside Super Current Electrical & Solar Solutions. We aim to collect only information needed to operate accounts, listings, service applications, team recruitment, payment checks and customer support.
Information you may provide
- Account details such as name, email address and phone number.
- Listing details, product photos, prices, county and town.
- Service-provider and team application information, including experience and qualifications.
- Badge payment report details such as badge type, amount, payer phone and transaction reference.
- Messages sent to customer care or the business.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the marketplace, display approved listings and provider profiles, review applications, verify reported payments, protect users, moderate content and respond to enquiries. Public listing information may be visible to visitors. Private application documents should be accessible only to the applicant and authorized administrators.
Payments and badges
Badge fees are reported using M-Pesa Paybill 1332271. The applicant's phone number is used as the account number. A submitted transaction code or screenshot is not proof of payment and does not activate a badge. An administrator must independently verify receipt.
Sharing and service providers
We do not publish private identity documents or account passwords. The website may rely on infrastructure providers such as Supabase and Cloudflare to host and operate the service. Their services process data under their own terms and security practices.
